    The third of 'the orginals' in the ladies squad for 09-10, Sophie is a talented setter who was trained in the 'Lakomy school' at Loughborough University in the late '90s. Sophie has also taken on coaching responsibilities this year.

    Helen joined NSVC from Nottingham this summer after that team withdrew from the NVL. As a new player into the club, Helen has made a big impression and slotted straight into the set-up

    Becky was awarded with the ladies MVP award for the 08-09 season so has high hopes of another excellent season this year. A former England Central player at UK School Games, Becky also played in the under 16 girls team that reached the National Final in 2008

    CJ is an outstanding young athlete who luckily for us has turned her talents to Volleyball. Dynamic and powerful CJ has attended England Junior Ladies training, played for England Central at both the 2007 and 2008 UK School Games and was in the 'Castle side for the 2008 under 16 girls National Cup final.

    Meg Viggars

    An outstanding talent, Meg has already played at two UK School Games, for the England under 18 girls team, and for GB Beach in the Australian Youth Olympic Festival. Meg looks forward to getting back into action after an injury that has ruled her out for most of 2009
