Comfortable on the beach or indoor court as a tennager Megan has represented GB in Beach Volleyball at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival (2009) and England senior ladeis development squad in 2010.
Paige Nelmes
Fri, 09/18/2009 - 18:03 — AdminPaige joined 'Castle from Wessex in the summer of 2010 when she moved to Loughborough to be part of the National Academy daily training programme, alongside Megan Viggars. Paige has reprsented GB at Beach Volleyball as Megan's partner and in December 2010 was captain of the England Senior Development Team that won two matches against Scotland.
Jen Bellamy
Fri, 09/18/2009 - 18:05 — AdminSetter Jen has been part of the club since she took the sport up when in year 7 at Madeley High School. In that time Jen has gone on to win National Titles at u14 and u15, pick up a silver medal in the u16s, represent England Central at the Sainsbury's UK School Games and now be number 1 setter for NSVC ladies.

Fri, 09/18/2009 - 18:07 — AdminHelen joined NSVC from Nottingham the summer of 2008 after that team withdrew from the NVL. As a new player into the club, Helen has made a big impression and slotted straight into the set-up, as a key part of the team.

Fri, 09/18/2009 - 18:09 — AdminBecky was awarded with the ladies MVP award for the 08-09 season and is an integral member of the squad. A former England Central player at the UK School Games, Becky also played in the under 16 girls team that reached the National Final in 2008.

Fri, 09/18/2009 - 18:11 — AdminCJ is an outstanding young athlete who luckily for us turned her talents to Volleyball. Dynamic and powerful CJ has previously attended England Junior Ladies training, played for England Central at both the 2007 and 2008 UK School Games and was in the 'Castle side for the 2008 under 16 girls National Cup final. In the 2009-10 season CJ was voted NVL3 North's player of the season.

As the sister of the Men's libero Will, there is clearly something is the genes with playing in this position! As a young player Harriet quickly rose to prominence as a first choice NVL player.

Fri, 09/18/2009 - 18:19 — AdminLucy was part of the England Central squad that finished 4th at the 2009 UK School Games and was in the 'Castle team that reached the under 16 girls National Cup Final in 2008. Over that time Lucy has grown in confidence as a passer-hitter and should enjoy a long and successful NVL career.
