Powerful left-hander Michal has been with the club since moving to England aged 13 and in that time he has won the u15, u16 and u18 national titles. Michal will go down in history for serving out an entire set at the under 15 top 8s in 2008 against Tendring to win the set 25-0... he then promptly killed the spike from Tendring's serve at the start of the second set before rotating and taking his team to an 8-0 lead!

Stuart Carvell

Scooby is the Mr Reliable of the men's second team is a highly valued member of the club. Since joining 'Castle 3 season's ago Stu has been the foundation upon which the team has been built and in that time he has also proved his ability with a handful of NVL appearances.

Luke Davenport

Squad: 
Men's NVL3 Squad

Luke is a remaining member of the 2005 National u15 Champions team, having played for England North at the 2007 UK School Games and been part of the England Cadets and Juniors set-ups. Now a student at Keele University and very involved in leading their teams in the BUCS championships.

Dann began playing volleyball whislt studying at Stoke-on-Trent 6th form College in September 2008 and within a year was representing England Central and getting a gold medal at the UK School Games! He served 'Castle to the 2010 National Title and went on to play at the Euro Volley Cup.

Iain McKellar

Iain joined 'Castle as a 14 year old having begun the sport with nearby Knutsford VC. Now training on a daily basis at the National Academy and with five England Junior caps under his belt by January 2011, Iain has developed greatly as a player and is progressing towards his potential - as a 6 foot 4 inches tall left-hander this is considerable.

Sam Shenton

Men's NVL3 Squad

Sam began playing volleyball at the age of 11 and like so many of the NVL squads is a true homegrown talent. Always a committed player in training, as an u14 Sam was actually in the NSVC 'B' team that came joint 3rd in the then national u14 championships - ultimately graduating into a leading Junior in the England and National Academy set-up. At 2m tall and with ever increasing skills Sam could go a long way in the sport.
